Salt'n'Fire has always been our "to go to" for food in the Victorian Market. The food quality is always professional, tasty and is great for those with dietary requirements. It is always beautifully presented, the staff are pleasant and the meals are reasonably priced.
We had the falafel wrap, it was very big, and delicious ! The fries were delicious too ! 10/10 would recommend to vegans and non-vegans !
After a couple of weeks on the Outer Hebrides, it was with much excitement we hit civilisation and the amazing vegan food at Salt and Fire within the Victorian Market in Inverness city centre. We had a couple of noodle bowls, some sirachi mayo dirty fries and Kimchi Wanton which were the star of meal.... And to make this an even better experience the Victorian Market is dog friendly! Highly recommended...
Good food. The wontons are excellent! They’re fried crispy; I had the mixed-veg ones. I also enjoy the Buddha Bowl and the Pad Kra Pao with its crispy tofu chunks, rice, green onions and (too many for me) chillis. The broad beans are good too. Great to find an all-vegan eatery in the Victorian Market!

Sensational vegan street food in the Victorian Market Food Hall. So many options to choose from. The Dirty Fries covered in pickles and mayo were delicious, complemented nicely by a side order of moussaka. Downed with a couple of Scottish drinks.
On a day with lots of travel delays and soulless airport food I eat in desperate need for something fresh and Salt 'N' Fire definitely delivered something different. Hard to pick from all the yummy options but the Aubergine wrap I settled on was huge, and tasty and an exquisite mix of soft roasted aubergine and lovely fresh crunchy ingredients. Just what I needed!
Amazing coconut and chickpea curry, so full of flavour! The kids had the fresh orange juice which they loved watching being pressed. The guy that served us was very kind. Would definitely go all the time if we lived closer, I wanted to try everything on the menu!
